Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing followed by 3 to 5 shipping days. 

All units are sewing machine made in-house. Please allow a 10-15 day turnaround time.

Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours after purchase and before an item is shipped. A $35 cancellation fee will be added.

Packages over $350 require a signature. If you will not be home to accept the package, contact your local post office. They will hold the package for you.
