Processing Time

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing followed by 3 to 5 shipping days. Please allow 10 to 15 days due to delays caused by COVID-19.

Special Orders

Custom units have a 10-15 day turnaround time. These items cannot be returned and no refunds are allowed on custom units.

All Sales are Finals

No refunds on lace Wigs, u-part wigs, full lace wigs, bundles, frontals, or closures. 

Shoes and apparel-refunds will be submitted once items are returned and inspected. 

Cancelling Orders

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase and before item is shipped. A $35 cancellation fee will be added.

Signature for Packages

Packages over $350 require a signature. If you will not be home to accept package, contact your local post office. They will hold the package for you.

Returns

Lace Wigs, u-part wigs, full lace wigs, bundles, frontals, closures-Returns are only accepted if the wrong item/s are shipped.

Shoes and apparel-can be returned within 14 days. Items must be returned unused with tags still attached. 

Lost/Stolen Packages
